The third of June of each year is celebrated as Father’s Day to honor all the paths our fathers take with their victims to meet our needs and desires without complaint. Their influence is not limited to conveying a feeling of physical and mental security, but also promotes the child’s inner growth and strength development and honors this paternal bond, on June 20 we will celebrate Father’s Day 2021.
Before our husband’s big day, we came across a delicious recipe made from almond pesto and paneer tikka that we are saving as bookmarks to nourish daddy’s heart and soul. They say a man’s heart comes through his stomach, so let your dad know how much you appreciate and love him by indulging him with this special recipe of almond pesto and paneer tikka.
Ingredients for paneer:
Cottage cheese (or paneer), 250 g
Almond flakes, ¼ cup fresh
Coriander leaves, ¼ cup
Basil, 8-10 leaves
chopped ginger, 2 tsp
chopped green chilli, 1 tsp
Salt, to taste
grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp
Chaat Masala, ½ tsp
Ingredients for marinating:
fresh cream, ½ cup
chopped fresh coriander roots, ½ tsp
green cardamom powder, a pinch
Turmeric powder, a pinch
Salt, to taste
refined oil, 1 tbsp
Method:
Roast the almond flakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes and then crush them into powder after they have cooled down. Mix the fresh basil, coriander leaves, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chaat masala, and salt into a coarse paste.
In a bowl, take out the mixed mixture and add grated Parmesan cheese, mashed almonds and mix well. In a bowl, mix the fresh cream, chopped fresh coriander roots, green cardamom powder, and a pinch of turmeric powder to create a pale yellow marinade. season with salt.
Cut the paneer 2’x2 ‘size by 1’ thick. Slit the paneer pieces open in the middle to fill them with pesto. Pour the pesto mixture into the slot. Brush the paneer with yellow marinade. Heat the refined oil in the pan, fry the marinated paneer evenly on both sides until golden brown.
Then take the paneer out of the pan and serve hot with chutney.
