Family habits are more than an activity. It is a conscious practice that is practiced in a family in order to stay healthy and hearty. It’s a way of life; It brings the whole family together and strengthens the bond of love and support that each family member shares. Even if everyone has a hectic schedule, in these unprecedented times, try to help everyone in need and fight and keep Covid at bay. Since adults are infected with Covid-19, children are now also susceptible to Covid infection. Some even suggest that the third wave of Covid-19 floating around could put children at greater risk.   • Always wear a mask
  • Use soap / disinfectant to clean hands.
  • Maintain social distance when talking to other children or family members.
  • Avoid being around sick people and always keep your mouth closed when coughing and sneezing.
  • Family members should get Covid-19 vaccinations to stay protected.
  • Try to isolate yourself from other family members in case you experience symptoms such as cough, body pain, fever, and abdominal pain. Disinfect the surfaces often touched by children. Keep the house surfaces clean.
