Sattvik food and how it helps attain physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing

The ongoing COVID pandemic has significantly changed the personal and professional lifestyles of people around the world. While businesses and corporations have been forced to adapt and embrace digitization, on the personal level people are forced to rethink their lifestyle choices and go healthier ways. From training at home to meditation or hobbies to reshaping eating habits and eating habits also marked an important shift in popular mindset.
